Revised Return Policy

30-Day Free Returns

Yes, it is possible to return your order.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return shipping is free — we cover the cost of returning the goods.

Conditions for a valid return

1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components and the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
2. Normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product has been found to be defective or otherwise unsatisfactory.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to return your order

If your order meets the above conditions, please initiate the returns process as follows:

• Send an email to: support@chillclothing.co.uk
• Include in the email:
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product (especially in case of breakage or defect)
  • First name + last name of the customer
  • Address of the customer

We will then reply with the correct return address and a prepaid return label / shipping instructions.
Never send the return to the original sender address. We will provide the correct warehouse address after you contact us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods (normally within 7 working days), we will process your refund.

Right of withdrawal (for consumers)

If you are a natural person acting for purposes that are not predominantly commercial or professional, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier) receive the last of the goods.
• Because our system is fully automated, orders begin processing immediately. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them under this policy. You may notify us of your intention to withdraw in advance.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Chill Clothing) by a clear statement (e.g. email). The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods.
• We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offered), within 14 days of receiving notification of withdrawal and the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
